Tricia Walker
Tricia is a partner, specialising in employment law, at the law firm Shepherd & Wedderburn. She completed her legal degree and diploma in legal practice at Aberdeen University.

She trained in Edinburgh before moving back up to Aberdeen in 2004. She worked with Simpson & Marwick solicitors in Aberdeen developing a specialism in Employment Law and moved as a partner to Paull & Williamsons LLP (now Burness Paull LLP) in 2009. She is currently a partner at Shepherd & Wedderburn. Tricia is highly respected and is well equipped to advise on all aspects of employment law. Her particular areas of special interest include; maternity rights, absence/performance management, disability discrimination, whistle blowing claims, flexible working rights, Working Time Regulations and holiday claims. She has a number of Respondent clients in both the public and private sectors.

In her spare time Tricia enjoys to keep fit and regularly getting out into the hills (whether on skis, on foot or on her mountain bike) whenever she can.
