This module explores modern risk management tools, probabilistic techniques, and Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) integration, enabling students to make informed project decisions and deliver safer, more resilient outcomes through industry-relevant risk planning and professional presentation skills.

This module examines the principles and application of risk management within project environments, with a focus on construction and complex project scenarios. Students explore risk identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis, probabilistic assessment tools, response planning, and monitoring techniques, while also integrating health, safety, and environmental risk management (HSE) into project strategies to support safe, compliant, and successful delivery.
