Stage 1

Emphasis is placed on analytical skills and understanding governance structures that shape corporate decision-making.

Stage 2

Deepen your expertise through applied study of compliance, risk management, and sustainability in corporate contexts. This stage focuses on critical evaluation and research skills, preparing you for leadership roles or further academic inquiry.

Stage 3

Undertake an independent research project or dissertation on a specialist topic of your choice within law and corporate governance. Standard Entry Requirements

What is needed for LLM Law with Corporate Governance?

• Applicants will normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree or its equivalent in Law, Business, and other related disciplines.
• Applicants with relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis.

English Language Requirements

Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
