RGU’s 24/7 Student Support Service & App provide students with access to a free professional telephone support service and access to a whole spectrum of digital wellbeing content.

24/7 Student Support Service

Our 24/7 Student Support Service is a free professional telephone & message support service, providing in-the-moment emotional and psychological support for students, any time of day or night.

The service allows you to speak directly with a counsellor or psychotherapist, who can support you with issues such as:

  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Anxiety & stress
  • Low mood & depression
  • Student-life balance
  • Grief & bereavement
  • Personal identity
  • LGBTQ+
  • Relationship & family
  • Addiction
  • Financial worries

Students can register to access wellbeing content on nutrition, mental health, fitness and finance and a whole spectrum of wellbeing topics. The platform also provides direct access to  call or message the 24/7 Student Support Service.

Inclusion Centre

The dedicated team at the Inclusion Centre are on hand to provide you with information and advice to support you through your time at RGU, including supporting those with dyslexia, sensory and mobility impairments, mental health difficulties, medical conditions, autism spectrum disorders and temporary impairments, such as broken limbs.
