Occupational Health Management
This module is suitable for you if you are a registered nurse, management professional, or have an interest in Occupational Health practice. This module will enable you to develop the ability to understand and contribute to the strategic management of Occupational Health.
On completion of this module, you are expected to be able to:
- Critically analyse strategies required to manage Occupational Health services
- Critically analyse the impact of law and policies on Occupational Health services
- Critically appraise the use of audit and quality management systems within Occupational Health services
- Evaluate key partners of governance and collaboration

Learning Methods
This module is delivered through online methods including online chat, virtual classroom and discussion forums. You will engage with directed and self-directed learning activities supported by the module team.
Assessment
This course is assessed through written assignment.

The Library offers support for your course, including the books, eBooks, and journals you will need. We also offer online reading lists for many modules, workshops and drop-ins on searching skills and referencing, and much more.
On successful completion, credits can be used within RGUflex to gain academic award:
