Student Help Point

From travel to tuition fees, accommodation to application forms and finance to free time, the Student Help Point can help whether you are on campus or online.

We are your first point of call for any non-academic query. From housing to health, from letters to living in lockdown, whatever your question, we will help you find the answer. 

Opening Hours

The Student Help Point is currently working remotely and the desk in Ishbel Gordon Building is closed. You can still contact us via email, telephone and online chat.

You do not need to come to the physical desk for your student card as these will be posted to you. Student status letters can be requested online at Ask RGU or by emailing the Student Help Point.
