- Thursday: 9:30am to 4pm
- Friday: 9:30am to 4pm

Making Payment
Pay securely anytime, anywhere for your tuition fees, accommodation, and emergency loans:
There will be no in person payments at the Student Life Hub after 31 July 2025.
Student Status Letters
Self-Serve Letters (TSB and HSBC bank letter; address confirmation)
You can generate your own letters as below:
- Log into my MyRGU App and select student letters tab,
- Log in to e-vision using your student ID and password,
- Once signed in to e-vision select Student Life Hub - Self Service Letters on the left hand side of the screen.
For other letters or any issues with the above, please log a question for type of letter on Ask RGU.
Student Status Letters – Service Level Agreement
Student Life Hub aims to produce all student status letters within 2 working days (if received before 15:00); however during our peak enrolment / start of term periods this SLA is extended to 5 days.
