Student Help Point

From travel to tuition fees, accommodation to application forms and finance to free time, the Student Help Point can help whether you are on campus or online.

Student Help Point Online

Student Help Point can now be reached online via video or text chat.

  • Thursday 17 September, Friday 18 September and Monday 21 September - 13:00 to 15:00 
  • From Tuesday 22 September onwards - 15:00 to 16:30

From 28 September 2020 the following opening hours apply:

  • Email/Ask RGU - Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00
  • Student Help Point desk in Ishbel Gordon Building - Monday to Friday 11:00 to 15:00
  • Online chat - Monday to Friday 15:00 to 16:30pm; Tues and Thurs 18:00 to 20:00. Full details at Student Help Point pages (internal only)
