Student Help Point

From travel to tuition fees, accommodation to application forms and finance to free time, the Student Help Point can help whether you are on campus or online.

Following the Coronavirus pandemic, Robert Gordon University has closed all campus buildings to staff and students from 5pm on Friday 20 March. 

Student Help Point Online

Student Help Point can now be reached online via video or text chat. We are available from 13:00 to 15:00 Monday to Friday.


Alongside this new service, you will still be able to reach us by email (studenthelppoint@rgu.ac.uk) or by logging a call at ask.rgu.ac.uk.

We are your first point of call for any non-academic query. From housing to health, from letters to living in lockdown, whatever your question, we will help you find the answer. Or just pop by to connect and say hello!

The Student Help Point continues to operate a remote reactive service during the Coronavirus closure.
