How to Pay
Payment Plans
We offer a range of payment plans to best suit your requirements. When you accept your accommodation, you can choose one of our standard payment plans:
- Pay the full amount in one instalment before you arrive
- Pay in 3 instalments (September/January/April)
- Pay in fixed instalments across the lease period (number of payments varies depending on lease length)
Automatic Card Payments
This is our preferred method of payment as payments are automatically taken from your registered credit or debit card on prearranged. If you select this method of payment you will be asked to enter your card details into our secure system when accepting your accommodation offer online. The system accepts all major credit/debit cards, except Visa Electron and Maestro.
To update your bank card details, please follow the instructions from our secure system:

Rent and other accommodation related payments can be made through 'My Payments' on your student accommodation portal:
Flywire
RGU has partnered with Flywire to accept payments from students based in the UK and internationally.
You can make a bank transfer, card payment or e-wallet payment via Flywire, who facilitate payments from over 240 countries and territories, in more than 150 currencies.

Any fees or commission charged for currency conversion or transaction charges must be paid by the resident. The University shall accept no responsibility for payment of these charges.
