The Board of Governors has delegated to the Principal the responsibility and authority for the leadership, administration and management of the university. The Executive advises, assists and supports the Principal in meeting these responsibilities.

The Executive form the university’s senior leadership team. They support the Principal in the development and delivery of the university’s strategic plans, objectives and priorities.
The Executive collectively and individually have delegated authority and accountability for the leadership, administration and management of the university.
