Work, Attendance & Wellbeing - Develop advanced understanding of occupational health strategies supporting attendance management and mental wellbeing, including legislative frameworks, mental health conditions, ethical practice, and evidence-based interventions to promote sustainable attendance, workplace wellbeing, and positive organisational and individual health outcomes.
Leading and Managing in Occupational Health - Develop advanced understanding of strategic leadership and management within occupational health services, including governance, legislation, quality improvement, change management, and teamwork while evaluating approaches that support effective, evidence-informed, and sustainable occupational health service delivery and organisational performance.
Research and Evidence - Develop advanced research capability by designing and justifying a research proposal relevant to advancing healthcare practice, including evidence synthesis, research design, ethics, governance, data management, and evaluation of the potential impact on professional practice and service development.
