This free online event will discuss how COIL pedagogy can contribute to Biodiversity Education. The event is open to anyone interested in joining the COIL@UArctic Thematic Network and running COIL projects in their organisation.

In this event, our Thematic Network’s vice-lead Professor Elina Oksanen from the University of Eastern Finland will be discussing the importance of Biodiversity Education across the Arctic and beyond, and how Collaborative Online International Learning can enrich biodiversity-related teaching and learning for students and staff. The topic contributes to SDG15.

The event is online and free to attend. It is open to anyone affiliated to any UArctic member institution, or with an interest in the Arctic and inclusive education.
