Our objective is to prepare the university and the wider community for the innovation economy, diversifying the economy of the North East.
The RGU Startup Accelerator offers teams of students, staff or alumni access to a five-month, mentor-led development programme as well as seed funding and incubation space to turn creative ideas into viable, high-growth businesses.

An Aberdeen-based start-up business which specialises in bringing independent coffee roasters and their coffee to new consumers has opened its first outlet, based within RGU's Garthdee campus in partnership with Aramark.
