It wasn't long before he returned to the company after graduation to spend the next decade working in various roles within the company. Working in logistics, marketing and sales, it’s safe to say that Stuart got to know the business and industry through and through. And with all that knowledge, the opportunity to become Managing Director for the company in January 2023 was a no brainer.
