Our top tips to guide you through the Clearing process
- Check your UCAS Track to confirm the offer we have made you. If it’s Unconditional on your chosen course, congratulations. We have accepted the grades you have achieved, all you need to do is make that offer your Firm choice to secure your place.
If we have offered you a place on a different course to the one you chose, we weren't able to offer what you wanted with the grades you achieved. Wherever possible, this will be in a similar field or subject area, but we may offer a course in a very different subject as it’s really is the best we can do for you and we’d really like you to join us. Read through the suggested course details, take some time to consider your options and to decide if you will accept your offer.

- Be prepared. Before making contact with us, you should have the following information available: The course you wish to study your qualifications and results your UCAS Personal ID (you may not have one, so don’t worry if this is the case)
- Try to stay calm. You can imagine how busy the phone lines may be from applicants just like you, so don’t be surprised if we ask for contact details so that we can call you back. It’s really important the right team member talks you through your options and we may need to wait until they become available for you.
