Information for Teachers and Advisers

Robert Gordon University offers a range of workshops and presentations which are designed to benefit teachers, advisers and pupils in their preparations for leaving school.

For example, we can offer a workshop which covers some recent developments in the world of Computing, or host brainstorming sessions for Advanced Higher Project ideas. It may be that we are able to give you the opportunity to participate in lab work which is impossible to undertake at school for Health and Safety reasons.

If you would like to suggest a workshop, which you feel would be of use to you and your colleagues across the region, then email the Student Recruitment Team or telephone 01224 262044.

Annual Events for Careers Advisers and Guidance Staff

Annually the Student Recruitment Team runs on-campus events for advisers from schools and colleges. These events are designed to provide up-to-date information about the University, including school updates, changes to courses and the application process. It also provides advisers with the opportunity to experience the University and its facilities first hand.
