Overview
The Data Lab has secured funding from the Scottish Funding Council to support 6 taught places in MSc Data Science, 4 taught places in MSc Information Technology with Business Intelligence and 6 taught places in MSc Business Analytics. Funded places for entry in 2024/2025 are to be confirmed. This funding will cover tuition fees, training and event participation.

A limited number of full scholarships are available for students who meet the SFC ‘home’ fee eligibility criteria for Scottish domiciled students.
Generally to qualify you must have been an 'ordinary resident' in Scotland, but not in full time education during this period, for 3 years prior to the start of your course.
EU students with settled or pre-settled status may be eligible.

To be eligible, you must:
- hold a conditional or unconditional offer for the MSc Data Science, MSc Information Technology with Business Intelligence or MSc Business Analytics degrees.
- have the right to live and work in the UK and whose ordinary place of residence has been in Scotland for at least three years (not in full-time education). EU students with settled or pre-settled status may be eligible.
How to Apply
Eligible applicants who have received an offer to undertake the MSc Data Science, MSc Information Technology with Business Intelligence or MSc Business Analytics degrees, will be invited to apply for the funding.
If you are selected for the scholarship, you will be invited to complete an application form by our academic team. The Data Lab will review your submission and we will let you know the result.
