What is your sport and position?

Basketball, Guard/forward.

What made you pick your sport?

I was inspired by my brothers playing when I was 10. I got the itch and continued ever since!

I’d do another sport - possibly rowing or golf, #30 handicap goals.

Why did you choose to study at RGU?

RGU is one of two universities in Scotland that offer pharmacy as a course. I liked RGU and chose to go there.

How do you think the sport scholar program will help you progress as a student athlete?

The programme will allow me to gain knowledge about factors affecting my sport and performance. From this I can apply my knowledge to perform to the highest level whilst staying on top of my studies.

What is your greatest sporting achievement?

Playing for Scotland national team and for the SSS squad.

Who is your sporting role model and why?

Andy Murray! He’s part of the big four in Tennis, he’s passionate, Scottish and now extremely good at golf.

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learnt from your sport?

It’s not that deep at the end of the day.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Working as a primary care pharmacist.

Favourite sporting memory?

Breaking my nose at Scotland training.
