What is your sport and position?

Triathlon and Duathlon.

What made you pick your sport?

To make friends and try a new sport.

If you didn't do your sport, what would you do and why?

I would play cricket as a used to play it before I started triathlon.

Why did you choose to study at RGU?

I liked the facilities on offer, especially practically, and I liked the difference compared to other universities.

How do you think the sport scholar program will help you progress as a student athlete?

It will help me improve the little bits, the 2-3%, that I currently don’t have like S&C, sports psychology that will give me the competitive edge.

What is your greatest sporting achievement?

Placing fourth at the European u20 Duathlon championships in 2025.

Who is your sporting role model and why?

I have always been inspired by my mum and dad’s achievements and determination and I also want to beat their achievements!

What's the most valuable lesson you've learned from your sport?

One bad race doesn’t’ determine who you are at the end of the day.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Representing team Scotland in the Commonwealth games.

Favourite sporting memory?

Alex Yee closing the gap to win Olympic triathlon title in 2024.
