Youth Development Programmes

Sport specific support tailored to meet the needs of local governing bodies, clubs and their athletes.

Our Youth Development Programmes (YDP) vary dependent on the needs and demands of the sport they provide for. The breadth of our knowledge and expertise allows us to be flexible in the design of your programme: 

  • Fitness testing 
  • Basic movement pattern sessions 
  • Speed, agility, quickness, plyometric sessions 
  • Weight based sessions in the Strength & Conditioning room
  • Physiotherapy Profiling
