* Technogym, Cardiac Rehab and Steady & Ready are specialised classes suitable for older adults and individuals with varying health conditions. These classes cannot be booked online, for more information on joining these classes please email rgusportenquiries@rgu.ac.uk.


Timetables can change from time to time, we'll have information at Reception and updates on social media to keep you in the right lane.

Book a class

If you have a membership, you are entitled to book classes up to 1 week in advance, this can be done by registering online or at the reception desk at RGU SPORT.

Non-members can book classes up to two hours in advance and must be paid when booking. 

Cancellation

Classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged.
