SAAS Claim Form
Once you have completed your SAAS claim form you should post it to the School of Nursing, Midwifery & Paramedic Practice, Ishbel Gordon Building, Garthdee Road, AB10 7QG. Alternatively you can drop it into one of the 2 dropboxes located on Level 2 outside the Clinical Skills centre. So as not to delay the processing of your claims, please make sure that all information is provided on the claim form and receipts attached as required.
