Her Night - Female-only climbing session

Join us for a female-only climbing session, part of Her Night, our one-off event celebrating Scottish Women and Girls in Sport Week 2026,.
Join us for a female-only climbing session, led by members of the RGU Climbing Club, is also taking place for climbers new and old.
The club will provide guidance and support, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned climber.
The session starts at 19:00 inside RGU Sport.
Scottish Women and Girls in Sport Week 2026
Research from sportscotland highlights that women participate in sport and physical activity at lower levels than men and identifies confidence, body image and male-dominated environments as key barriers.
Women-only sessions are a recognised approach across the sport and leisure sector to help address these barriers and encourage participation.
Female RGU Sport members and members of the public are encouraged to come along to Her Night, experience our gym facilities, and have fun taking part in physical activity.
