Alumni Career Development

As part of our lifelong learning commitment to our alumni we offer continued career development and professional enrichment support.

Career Development

The Employability Hub offers continued access to a range of online career resources through RGU eHub for Alumni, including course specific career information, jobs boards and support relating to CVs, cover letters and interview preparation.

Please contact for any access issues

Careers Consultants can offer advice and guidance in relation to career planning, CVs, cover letters, applications, interview techniques, job searches and skills. Initial virtual consultations are available for all alumni, after which the Careers Consultant will determine the most suitable service to best support you. Extended appointments are also available for mock interviews.

Contact to discuss this further or to book an appointment.

Lifelong Learning

Explore new areas or enhance your existing knowledge by embarking on further study at RGU. Alumni are eligible for a 20% discount on their tuition fees for the entirety of their course.

RGU has launched the first funded start up accelerator programme in the North East of Scotland with up to £10,000 of funding available for alumni who graduated less than three years ago.

Engage with the RGU community and meet fellow alumni by attending networking evenings, conferences, workshops, professional lectures and online discussions.

Further your professional development, give back to the RGU community and connect with other alumni through our volunteer programmes.
