The university has evolved over the years as the higher education landscape has changed. While this has brought changes to the university, our culture has been the one constant that has endured throughout and stood the test of time.
Our culture is part of the institution’s identity and defines what we value as a university community. Our values of authenticity, approachability, collaboration, innovation, ambition and respect are integral to our core principles and standards and informs the way we operate. These values are embedded in everything we say and do as an organisation as well as define what is expected and accepted at RGU. As an innovative, inclusive, impactful and professionally-focused university, it is important that we continue to uphold this culture in the way that we work together and act as individuals.
