How to Apply

Undergraduate

RGU registered agents can apply through RGU’s online application system or UCAS. These systems will ensure instant confirmation the application has been received, and they allow the quickest processing of your applications. 

If applying for a student through UCAS, please email us at io@rgu.ac.uk with your agency and student details so that we can add you to the students record.

Please include the following documents:

  • Official copies of your College/University Certificate (if available at time of application)
  • Official copies of your Academic Transcripts (if available at time of application)
  • Copy of current and up-to-date CV (if applicable)
  • Letters of Reference (if available)
  • Statement of Purpose/Personal Statement (please read guidance on this RGU take this very seriously)
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency
  • Copy of Passport (with a minimum of 6 months from the course start date)
  • Evidence of Sponsorship or Scholarship (if appropriate/applicable)

Postgraduate Taught

Applications must be made through the RGU Apply online form.

Please include the following documents:

  • Certificates and/or transcripts for qualifications completed
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)/Resumé
  • A letter of reference
  • Copy of the details page of passport

Postgraduate Research

Applications are made directly with the research team who have a different online application system to postgraduate and undergraduate course applications.

We can only consider full applications which must include two academic references and a research proposal.

Claiming Commission

To claim commission for students you are assisting with their application to RGU, please ensure you select your agency name when completing the online application form. This will tag you to the student and ensure you are kept informed. Should you be unable to find your agency name, please contact io@rgu.ac.uk.

Claiming Commission for Offer Holders

To claim commission for students who already have an offer to study, complete our online form. Both RGU Contracted Agents and Agents who hold a contract with Navitas are eligible to claim Commission for Offer holders. Please note that you will require the students details and their consent before completing the form.

ICRGU Agents

Agents who have a current contract with Navitas are welcome to refer students directly to RGU for commission. This is accepted for either post application assistance (for students who have already applied) or full commission for initial applications direct to RGU.  For direct applications Navitas agents who have submitted an application to RGU before will find their agency in the agents drop down box on the application form www.rgu.ac.uk/applyonline and should select that, no other action required. Agents who have not applied directly to us before should please complete the short form below so the details can be added to our application system. 

Please be aware this is for agents who are contracted with Navitas only.

Agents who have their contract cancelled with Navitas before they have submitted their direct application to us will not be considered for commission. Agents who have their contract cancelled after they have submitted an application to us, we will honour the commission payment for the following intake.
