To start a new application please click on New User and complete the registration form to create your account. Once you have registered, you will be able to submit and manage your application.

If you are an agent submitting an application on behalf of an applicant, please ensure when creating the login details that the applicants email address is used. You will have the opportunity to assign yourself as the agent during the application process.
