Please note that this course is not an open programme and is available for closed corporate delivery only. We can design the format around the training needs of your organisation to ensure that tangible learning competencies are achieved. This allows the programme to be flexible to fit your company needs yet offers an opportunity for a formal recognition of the learning (at either the Award, Certificate or Diploma levels).
Several units can be selected to make up the Award, Certificate, or Diploma qualifications, according to the following rule of combination:

This corporate programme is delivered via face-to-face workshops or series of workshops, online distance learning or blended modes of delivery with the support of an academic tutor.
Learning materials and guidance are provided to support corporate delegates and provide them with underpinning knowledge and academic theory.
Assessment is through a knowledge and evidence based portfolio required by the CMI which corporate delegates will develop from the enhanced knowledge and skills from the course (formal learning) together with the application in the workplace (experiential learning).
Assessment criteria are set out in each of the units and will consist of essay-style reports demonstrating corporate delegates have met the CMI criteria for the qualification.
Corporate delegates will have full access to the university library (including online access to a large number of academic journals online) as well as the resources of the CMI via the CMI website.
