Recreational Activities - January to May 2024
RGU Campus Walks
Great way to enhance your mental, physical and social wellbeing on our regular Campus walks led by an RGU SPORT member of staff.
Each Wednesday starting from 10 January. Meeting at the RGU SPORT Reception.
RGU SPORT Pickle Ball
Brand new for 2024! Working in partnership with Cults Lawn Tennis Club.
Fun coach led sessions each Wednesday from 10:15, starting on 24 January. Great introduction to the sport whilst being able to socialise and meet new people. Sessions bookable online or at reception, £3.50 per session and open to all community, staff, and student.
Recreational Badminton
Every Tuesday, 17:00-18:00, £3 per person, bookable online or at reception. Open to all abilities and all community, staff and students are welcome.
Teen Gym Programme
Great first opportunity for teens aged 13-16 to experience the gym environment with the support and supervision of our qualified instructors. Instructors will develop a programme for them to work through and ensure a fun and safe environment within our gym facilities.
These sessions take place every Friday from 16:30-17:30 and cost £4.50 for non-members and £3.80 for members per session.
