Engage is a new creative development programme designed at Gray’s School of Art and is delivered in our purpose-built studios and workshops.
Engage was introduced in November 2022 and is currently being designed in response to public feedback.
The creative development programme involves:
We are excited to be working collaboratively with Mobile Art School and Access to Creative Education Scotland to deliver our second phase of portfolio provision, considered vital to support those looking to come and study at Gray’s School of Art in 2024/25.
We are thrilled to be working collaboratively with independent creative practitioners and local arts organisations to deliver Art Weekenders. These consist of weekend workshops which aim to bring together creatives to experience a range of different disciplines and delivery methods across the Art School.
Each evening workshop is delivered by a local creative practitioner; together we design workshops to support both beginners' interests in art and design, alongside continued professional development for those seeking to enhance their skillsets and expertise.
We’re keen to ensure that our young creatives are also supported, therefore our new programme will encompass a Young Art School designed for 11–15-year-olds. This is currently being designed.
