Robert Gordon University Application Procedure
- Student Nomination
Sending institution nominates its students by 01 May by emailing email@example.com
- Student Application
To be completed and submitted online by student by 01 June for Semester 1 applications and 01 November for Semester 2 applications.
- Learning Agreement
This will be emailed to the student within 5 working days of submitting the online application. Details of our course catalogue will be included in this email.
- Student arrives at host institution
Useful information for incoming students is issued by the Study Abroad Team at RGU, prior to arrival.
- Changes to the Learning Agreement
If necessary, these should be made within one month of arrival of student.
- Transcript of Records
Within 6 weeks of the end of the Academic Session in May, students will receive a Transcript of Records, including ECTS credits awarded.
