Barrack Charitable Trust Scholarship
The Access RGU Barrack Charitable Trust Scholarship has been established to provide support to an undergraduate student regardless of their subject choice.
This scholarship has been made available through the kind donation of The Barrack Charitable Trust. The trust was established in 2009 by James Barrack. James Barrack said that in his business life he has been very fortunate and that he felt it was now time to give something back to the community.
He has always been a supporter of charities; however, by establishing The Barrack Charitable Trust his intention is to reach additional deserving causes.
The ACCESS RGU Barrack Charitable Trust Scholarship is open to undergraduate students and provides funding support up to the value of £2000 per year.
Successful applicants will be supported by the student support staff at the Department for the Enhancement of Learning, Teaching and Access (DELTA). This is a student led process to facilitate both academic and personal success.
Students who have accepted the offer of a place on an undergraduate course at RGU and meet at least one of the ACCESS RGU scholarship criteria, will be eligible to apply for the scholarship
How to Apply
Applicants for the Scholarship must have met the entry requirements of their UCAS offer from Robert Gordon University and have formally accepted the offer. Applicants must also have met at least one of the ACCESS RGU scholarship eligibility criteria.
