Do you want to be an artist, designer or architect? Are you interested in studying creative courses at degree level? ACES can help you.
Access to Creative Education in Scotland (ACES) is part of a national project, supported by the Scottish Funding Council (SFC), which aims to encourage applications from pupils who are often under-represented in art, design and architecture courses at university. The ACES project is delivered by four art schools in Scotland and co-ordinated in Aberdeen by RGU, it aims to encourage S5-6 pupils make informed choices about degree level study in Art & Design and Architecture.
Providing you with an opportunity to develop your creative ideas with support from art, design and architecture lecturers. By participating in practical workshops and projects you will learn creative skills and techniques and explore your potential. The programme includes:
- Practical workshops
- Portfolio support
- Opportunities to work with some of our recent graduates and current students
- Individual advice and guidance
- Study skills
- Professional awareness
When: Wednesday 4.30-6.30, October-December
