Carbon Calculations for Business

As part of the RGU Sustainable Futures workshop series, this session will explore how business can calculate their carbon footprint and why doing so is important.

This one-hour lunch time session is hosted through the RGU Sustainable Futures programme and is aimed at supporting SMEs and smaller local Aberdeenshire based towards lowering carbon emissions. The session will consider the following:

• An overview of net-zero policy and targets and how it impacts businesses
• Understanding the fundamentals of carbon management
• Identifying opportunities and developing strategies to reduce carbon footprint
