Porcelain Paperclay Techniques (Foundation/Intermediate | EXTRA)
Have you ever wanted to create work with porcelain?
This ceramics course offers the chance for beginners and intermediate students to spend the whole day working within the Ceramics Workshop at Grays.
2. What you will study
This course will teach students how to produce a tea light holder using the translucent qualities of porcelain, while utilising the flexibility of paperclay.
3. Entry Requirements
Suitable for beginner and intermediate - previous experience in ceramics is useful but not necessary.

Course Fee: £80 (Includes all materials)

All students should be aware that when registering as a student at RGU they are accepting a contract of enrolment. (In order to attend short courses all students must register and accept RGU’s conditions).
A refund is only applicable where there has been illness with a medical certificate to support it.

5. Additional Information
Clothing: the class will be held in the ceramics workshops so students will need to wear sturdy footwear. No sandals, flip flops, heels or crocs are allowed.
Students may wish to bring objects with interesting textures to press into the porcelain, such as leaves, shells, fabrics etc.
Porcelain paper clay provided.
A complete health and safety induction will take place on commencement of the course.
