Undergraduate portfolio preparation guidelines
An important part of application to Gray's is the portfolio. The interview is the second and complementary aspect of application. There is no formula for the perfect portfolio. We are looking for a student with an appetite for learning and creative potential.
Application to year 1 of a course: all students who have the appropriate supporting qualifications or who will be sitting them before entry, will be interviewed with their folio.
Application to year 2 – 4: Changes to our admission procedures this session will mean that all students who have the appropriate supporting qualifications or who will be sitting them before entry, will be interviewed with their folio. There will be no need to send a digital mini- portfolio
What does the portfolio show?
It shows your interests and abilities and it shows your excitement and commitment for Art and Design. Further support will be available through our Applicant days.
