04, August, 2017 US nursing exchange broadens students’ horizons
Nursing students from RGU and University of Tennessee Knoxville have taken part in an international exchange programme this summer to learn more about their profession across the Atlantic Ocean.
It was a proud week in the Jackson household in Aberdeen when 22-year-old Chloe Jackson and her dad Billy Jackson graduated from Robert Gordon University (RGU) within 24 hours of one another. First to graduate was Chloe who received a BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management on July 12. The following day Billy, a lecturer in Occupational Health in RGU’s School of Nursing and Midwifery, graduated with a PGCert Learning, Teaching and Assessment (Nursing and Midwifery).
