Tricia is a partner, specialising in employment law, at the Scottish law firm Burness Paull LLP.
Tricia completed her legal degree and diploma in legal practice at Aberdeen University. She trained in Edinburgh before moving back up to Aberdeen in 2004. She worked with Simpson & Marwick solicitors in Aberdeen developing a specialism in Employment Law and moved as a partner to Paull & Williamsons LLP (now Burness Paull LLP) in 2009. Tricia is highly respected and is well equipped to advise on all aspects of employment law. Her particular areas of special interest include; maternity rights, absence/performance management, disability discrimination, whistle blowing claims, flexible working rights, Working Time Regulations and holiday claims. She has a number of Respondent clients in both the public and private sectors.
Tricia is also a committee member of the Aberdeen branch of the Institute of Directors.
In her spare time Tricia enjoys to keep fit; playing hockey for the Aberdeen Grammar Former Pupils club and regularly getting out into the hills (whether on skis, on foot or on her mountain bike).
