Maths Stats and Numeracy Support

On campus or distance learning support can be provided to all students. The level of service differs between Undergraduate and Postgraduate.

Undergraduate support

We offer free, one-to-one, small group or workshop sessions for support with maths, statistics or numeracy skills:

  • Garthdee - Meeting rooms around the Student Help Point, Level 3 Faculty of Health and Social Care

To make an appointment (normally Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) please contact us.

Postgraduate Support

Please note postgraduate support consists of basic statistics support to dyslexic and/or dyscalculic students who have a referral from the Disability & Dyslexia Service or postgraduates at Masters level. 

Statistics support for staff and PhD students may be available if you belong to one of the following Schools: Pharmacy & Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing & Midwifery, Aberdeen Business School, Engineering. Contact Ann Gardner on 01224 262702 or a.gardner@rgu.ac.uk for further details.
