Studying at University is designed to challenge you to achieve your personal and academic potential. This is often exciting and rewarding but sometimes you may feel overwhelmed with negative emotions and require additional support.
Whether your worries are directly concerned with your academic studies or stem from external pressures or incidents, the Counselling and Wellbeing Service can offer you the opportunity to talk through your problems, help you understand them, and discover strategies to resolve or minimise them.
Asking for help when you feel overwhelmed is a positive step towards maintaining your wellbeing.
