Payment Schedule

When accepting your offer of accommodation, you can choose from the following schedules of payment:

• Payment in advance of the full amount
• Payment in three instalments (or four instalments for a 50 week lease)
• Payments in 8 instalments (or 11 instalments for a 50 week lease)

Further details will be given with your offer of accommodation.

A non refundable Registration/Reservation fee of £100 is payable in addition to the accommodation fees above. This must be paid at the time of accepting the accommodation offer.

Insurance

Core contents cover has already been arranged for students staying at University owned accommodation and at Liberty Living residences.

If you are staying in the Halls at Woolmanhill, Garthdee, our Unihomes or at Ardmuir properties (booked through us) you will be insured under the Robert Gordon University Scheme.

Alternatively, if you are staying in St Peters, Linksfield, Rosemount or Don Street you will be under the Liberty Living Scheme.

You must complete the following steps to confirm that your possessions are insured:

• Remember to insure any items that are not already covered, such as your laptops and mobile phones.
