Six 2 or 3 storey blocks, with three to five flats in each (no lift). Main site entrance, including access to car park, from Farmers Hall Lane. There are two 3-bed flats with standard rooms only, six 7-bed standard flats and fifteen 7-bed ensuite flats.
Communal kitchen and lounge either open plan or separate, with either 3 or 7 bedrooms accessed from corridor. 3-bed flats have one shared bathroom with sink, toilet and shower whilst 7 bed flats are either all en-suite or have 2 shared bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower).
Onsite car park for residents only, accessed by parking barrier. Parking permits required and cost £280 per year (10% if paid upfront) plus a £50 deposit for the barrier key. Anyone requiring car parking should contact the Don St Office (email@example.com). External bike racks are also available.
Bus routes 1 and 2 from nearby Union Street direct to campus, 20-25 minutes. The bus stop is about 10 minutes walk from halls. The campus is about an hours walk and the city centre is nearby. Plan your route on Google Maps between Rosemount Hall and the campus, or between Rosemount Hall and the city centre.
