Dr Arnell is a Reader and Postgraduate Director in the Department of Law. His research interests are within public international law, particularly in international criminal law, extradition, jurisdiction and human rights.
Derek Auchie is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Law and a qualified solicitor. His research interest areas are in Law of Evidence and in Civil and criminal litigation and tribunal procedure (Scots Law and comparative).
Dr Mary Brown is a visiting Research Fellow whose research interests include Jungian Archetypes and Organisational Behaviour, Ethics and Values in organisations.
Dr Simon Burnett is Research theme leader for Governance and Society within IMaGeS. His interests are in the importance of the knowledge economy and its development.
Dr Sarah Christie is the Research Coordinator and Research Degree Coordinator for the Law Department. Her interests are Criminal liability and responsibility; Medical Law and the Interface between Medical Law and Criminal Liability
