The Institute for Management, Governance and Society (IMaGeS) aim is to bring together expertise relating to the complex changes facing society today. Research themes within the institute are in the areas of Business and Enterprise; Information and Communication; and Governance and Society.
Director of the IMAGES Research Institute, and Theme Leader for the Business & Enterprise and Information & Communication research themes. The focus of her research interests are around information literacy, and impact of information and information services.
