Visit Afternoons give you the chance to experience what it is like to be an undergraduate student at Robert Gordon University.
These visits take place on the last Wednesday of the month (excl. February, March, September, October and December) between 1:30-3:00pm. Please note that this year's event in August takes place on a Tuesday.
Visit Afternoons are for undergraduate students only. If you are interested in postgraduate opportunities and want to visit us, find out more about our Postgraduate Events.
You will start off your visit with an introduction and campus tour from a member of our education liaison team, followed by a chance to speak to a member of staff from the course you're interested in. They will show you any specialist teaching facilities we have for your chosen subject and give you the opportunity to ask any course related questions. To complete your RGU experience, you will also be able to visit our halls of residence in the city centre.

Please note registration closes one week before each visit afternoon to ensure we are able to arrange an appropriate member of staff to be available to meet with you.
If you have applied for a course at RGU, you will be invited to an applicants day, selection visit or interview. You will receive an invitation via email including a link to register, so please check your emails. We recommend you try to attend these events rather than our visit afternoons as they will provide you with specific applicant information.

Can't make any of the pre-set dates?
Take a self-guided tour instead - available Mon-Fri 9-5pm. With the aid of our self-guided tour information, you will be able to wander around at your leisure to experience our beautiful riverside campus and picture yourself as a student at RGU. Please be aware that you will be unable to access areas such as science labs and computer suites and unfortunately we cannot arrange meetings with academic staff as part of your visit.
There is also the opportunity to visit our accommodation for those of you thinking of staying in our halls of residence.
