If you intend to graduate in July 2012, all library items must be returned before the end of June 2012.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your library record is clear before leaving Robert Gordon University, with any outstanding bills.

External membership

If you would like to continue to make use of the libraries join the external membership scheme.

If you require this to be posted out, a 'Postage & Package' charge of £5.50 for UK Mainland (exc Northern Ireland) will bemade. For Postage out with the U.K., a charge of £12 will be required for standard 1st class delivery. A recorded delivery option is available.

The University Communications Office is always interested to hear from graduates with an interesting story to tell about their 'student journey'.

Have you worked full-time whilst supporting a family and achieved a degree from the University? Are you the first in your family ever to have attended University? Or have you landed the job of your dreams, as a result of your achievements at the University? Whatever your story we will do our best to place it in your local newspaper and make sure you receive copies.

Photographs will be taken on the day of graduation for use in the press and University publications. We always aim to get written permission from individuals who appear in photographs, however, for general group shots this is not always possible.
