Residents have access to staff or Residence Assistants (RAs) to offer advice, assistance and support 24 hours a day. 

We know that there is more to University life than studying, so our flats cater for more than your academic needs. Each study bedroom is equipped to provide a private place to relax or revise, and each flat contains a communal living area where flatmates and friends can socialise.

We provide a wide range of competitively priced accommodation at various sites throughout Aberdeen.

Your rent includes:

• Utilities - heating*, lighting and hot water (except Craigievar Development where the utilities are the responsibility of the tenant).
• Cooking facilities 
• Personal contents insurance (limited – top ups can be purchased if required)
• Cleaning of external communal areas (some sites offer cleaning of communal areas inside flats).
• Internet access

* Heating is not usually available overnight
