Application Procedure

Students interested in studying at Linkoping University will be nominated by RGU. Nominated students will then be able to apply to Linkoping University using their online application form.

Once the form is completed and submitted, students will then need to print it out and have it fully signed. Students will also need to complete and RGU Learning Agreement and have it signed by staff at RGU and Linkoping University.

Once signed additional documentation will need to be attached to the application form and learning agreement, specifically; A Transcript of Records, A list of Ongoing Courses, and a Proof of English capability (if a non-native speaker). 

The complete application package will then need to be scanned and sent via email to Linkoping University.

Accommodation is provided by Linkoping University and students should apply for accommodation during their application process.

Between 3000 and 6000 SEK

Depends on the residence, most rooms have a private bathroom, a bed, refrigerator, desk, chair, storage space, etc. Bed linens are not provided.
