STEP 1

  • Student Nomination
    Sending institution nominates its students by 01 May by emailing erasmus@rgu.ac.uk  
  • Student Application
    To be completed and submitted online by student by 01 June for Semester 1 applications and 01 November for Semester 2 applications.
  • Learning Agreement
    This will be emailed to the student within 5 working days of submitting the online application.  Details of our course catalogue will be included in this email.

STEP 2

  • Student arrives at host institution
    Useful information for incoming students is issued by the Study Abroad Team at RGU, prior to arrival.

STEP 3

  • Changes to the Learning Agreement
    If necessary, these should be made within one month of arrival of student.

STEP 4

  • Transcript of Records
    Within 6 weeks of the end of the Academic Session in May, students will receive a Transcript of Records, including ECTS credits awarded.
