  • Student Application
    To be completed and submitted online by student by 01 June for Semester 1 applications and 01 November for Semester 2 applications. More information:Incoming Student Applications

STEP 3

  • Result of Application
    The student will be emailed with the result of their application.  If they are accepted, their Learning Agreement will be returned to them and they will given information on how to apply for university accommodation.  They will also be sent our "What? Where? When?" booklet which will be issued electronically.

STEP 4

  • Student arrives at host institution

STEP 5

  • Changes to the Learning Agreement
    If necessary, these should be made within one month of arrival of student.

STEP 6

  • Transcript of Records
    For students studying with us for Semester 1 only, a provisional Transcript of Records will be issued within 5 weeks of the end of the semester.  For all students, final Transcripts of Records will be issued to the student within 6 weeks of the end of Semester 2 in May.
