How do I submit my application?
Once you have completed your application online, you will need to upload certain documentation to accompany it. A list of what is required is given in our online portal. Once you are happy that you have included everything, simply click on the "submit" button. You will be sent an email within 5 working days which will confirm receipt and give you a copy of our Learning Agreement.
Do I have to have any English language qualifications?
The majority of Schools do not have English language entry requirements. However, Aberdeen Business School is an exception.

How do I find out what modules I can study?
Modules available to incoming exchange students can be found in our ECTS Information Package
How many credits do I have to take?
If you are coming to study for a whole year, you will be expected to
undertake modules to the value of
60 ECTS credits.
If you are coming to study
for one semester, you will be expected to undertake modules to the value of
30 ECTS credits.
No exceptions will be made to this rule.
Can I pick modules from any courses or any levels?
No, you cannot select modules from different subject areas and different years.

How do I apply for accommodation?
If you are accepted to study at Robert Gordon University, you will be sent an official offer of acceptance letter. This letter will include your student number. Once you have received this letter, you will be able to apply for accommodation. You will not be able to apply for accommodation until you receive this letter.
My university does not have a Bilateral Agreement with Robert Gordon University, will you sign one with my university to allow me to study with you?
No, we cannot sign Bilateral Agreements at the request of a student.
If I can’t come as an Erasmus student, is there any other way I can apply?
You may apply to attend Robert Gordon University as a fee-paying exchange student, which means you would have to pay tuition fees on enrolment.
For undergraduate courses, these are currently £1,820 for a whole Academic Session and £910 for one semester.
Please note that there is no guarantee that your application will be accepted.
