Our team of experienced Liaison Officers are very happy to visit your school or college and deliver a range of engaging presentations/workshops, which are as far as possible aligned to the Curriculum for Excellence.

The free workshops can be delivered as a "one-off" or as a series, depending upon your requirements. Sessions normally take between 40-60 minutes each. Topics we currently cover include:

  • Introduction to Studying at University/How to Choose a University
  • Note Making Techniques
  • Confidence and Communication Skills (90 minutes)
  • Revision and Exam Techniques
  • Writing a Personal Statement
  • Student Finance
  • Routes from Further Education into Higher Education (Degree Link Options)

We can also arrange tailor-made presentations for individual schools or year groups. If you would like to discuss this further or book a presentation please contact the Education Liaison Team.

“Schools Liaison Officers don't particularly push Robert Gordon University as a centre. They really are trying to open up students eyes to higher education.”
